Ingredients
  

  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g sultanas
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190c
  • Beat butter and sugar to a cream
    50 g butter, 150 g sugar
  • Mix in eggs one by one
    2 eggs
  • Sift in flour and baking powder and add sultanas
    2 tsp baking powder, 200 g flour, 150 g sultanas
  • Drop small pieces onto a floured baking tray
  • Bake in a moderate oven until lightly golden
